In 1998 Wattavue Clydesdales were born.  Having been involved in horses all my life, Les and I decided to become involved in a breed that we both adored and admired.  The Clydesdale is an outstanding breed and a pleasure to own, exhibit, breed or work.  Wattavue Clydesdales is a small stud with a handful of quality mares and an outstanding stallion, Valmont D'Artagnon standing at stud.

We breed a couple of foals each year and occassionally have one or two for sale.  Raising a clydesdale foal is not an easy job as any Clydesdale breeder will tell you but it is a rewarding one.

We have been blessed with some very memorable achievements over the past few years, All Breeds Supreme Champion Exhibit at Gatton Heavy Breeds in 2009 with Valmont D'Artagnon and All Breeds Supreme Junior Champion  Exhibit the same year with Wattavue Shiraz.  Shiraz also won Supreme Clydesdale under 2yo at the CCHS Qld Branch Junior Championships 2009.

We both exhibit and work our Clydesdales at numberous events throughout the year but mostly enjoy their company 24/7.
